उत्पाद वर्णन

A Clariflocculator is an advanced water and wastewater treatment unit that combines coagulation, flocculation, and sedimentation into a single tank. It enhances the removal of suspended solids by adding a flocculation zone before the clarification zone, improving sedimentation efficiency. Working Principle 1. Coagulation – Coagulants (like alum or ferric chloride) are added to destabilize suspended particles. 2. Flocculation – Slow mixing promotes the formation of larger flocs. 3. Sedimentation – The formed flocs settle in the clarifier section, while clarified water is collected from the top. 4. Sludge Removal – Settled sludge is periodically removed from the bottom. Types of Clariflocculators Central Drive Clariflocculator – Used for medium to large treatment plants with a rotating arm for sludge collection. Peripheral Drive Clariflocculator – Used in larger installations where the drive mechanism is placed at the periphery for improved efficiency. Applications Municipal drinking water treatment Industrial effluent treatment (textile, chemical, food industries) Power plants and steel mills River and lake water treatment Would you like recommendations for a specific project or need help selecting the right size?
